29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the Hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a. Production Area: On or about June 25, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to bloodborne pathogens hazards, in that the employer did not offer the Hepatitis B vaccination series to employees designated as first responders/first aid providers within 10 days of being assigned to a job with occupational exposure.
