29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a round-the-clock basis were not examined for defects after each shift. Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: (a) On or about June 17, 2020 - 2701 Southeastern Circle, Birmingham, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when forklift examinations were limited to reviewing warning lights and hours used and forklifts with damaged seatbelts and damaged forks had not been taken out of service.
