29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(B)(2): The equipment being used was not located so that no uninsulated part of its structure (that portion of the structure that provides a conductive path to employees on the ground) can come closer to the line than permitted in paragraph (c)(3)(iii) of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock hazards when performing well and pump maintenance operations. This was most recently documented, on or about 6/12/2019, at the jobsite located at Rd N 80 (39.466304, -100.575538) Selden KS 67757. The employer did not ensure the truck mounted Smeal Hydraulic 6T derrick was located as to prevent it from being operated adjacent to unguarded, energized overhead lines.
