29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: On or about 5/7/19, at a jobsite located at 473 N. County Road, West Palm Beach, FL, employees working on a two-tier scaffold with missing planks, base plates, and mudsills were not trained by a person qualified in the recognition of scaffold hazards. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
