29 CFR 1910.134(i)(8):An asphyxiating substance was introduced into breathing air lines: On or about January 24, 2025, at the powder coat booth area, employee(s) were exposed to respiratory health hazards in that the installation of the three-way valve at the Trumpf laser, connecting the nitrogen and compressed air systems, allowed for possible the introduction of nitrogen gas into the breathing airlines used at the powder coat booth.
