29 CFR 1910.266(i)(7)(ii): The employer shall assure that each employee's first-aid and CPR training and/or certificate of training remain current. On or about November 2, 2021 at the worksite located at Upper Bass Lake Road, north of Zoar, Wisconsin; first-aid and CPR training certification was not current for each employee engaged in logging operations.
