29 CFR 1910.307(b):Areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 were not properly documented. The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical shock and explosion hazards in the elevator office. This was most recently documented on December 31, 2020, at the worksite located at 438 County Road 11002, Adrian, Missouri. Hazardous locations where requirement for dust proof/tight electrical are unknown and a schematic diagram outlining the layout of the Class II wiring in the facility was not available.
