29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(J): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on any vehicle inspection and maintenance that the operator would be required to preform: (a) On or about June 17, 2020 - 2701 Southeastern Circle, Birmingham, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when employee training consisted of watching a video and forklift operation such as, but not limited to, how to get on/off, how to operate correctly moving freight, and blade distance from the ground and did not include how to perform daily forklift inspections.
