29 CFR 1910.1450(f)(4)(i)(A): Employee training did not include methods and observations that could be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical: Quality Control Laboratory area: On or about May 26, 2020, and at times thereto, employees performing quality control testing and taste sampling operations were exposed to chemical hazards while handling products such as, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide 50% solution, without effective training on the detection of the physical and chemical properties of the hazardous chemicals used.
