29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) Blending department; On or about December 10, 2020 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to Phosphoric acid by failing to ensure labels containing the information required by paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of 1910.1200 were affixed to portable 1 gallon containers used in the blending process.
