29 CFR 1910.146(d)(9): The employer did not develop and implement procedures for summoning rescue and emergency services, for rescuing entrants from permit spaces, for providing necessary emergency services to rescued employees, and/or for preventing unauthorized entry. a) Truck yard: On or about June 28, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to health hazards, while performing cleaning operations of tanker trailers without developed and implemented procedures for rescue and emergency services. b) Truck yard: On or about June 28, 2016, an employee was exposed to health hazards, while using a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) to enter a tank containing petroleum distillates and Naphtha without developed and implemented procedures for rescue and emergency services.
