29 CFR 1910.266(d)(6)(iii): Each employee performing a logging operation at a logging work site did not work in a position or location that was within visual or audible contact with another employee: a) On or about August 28, 2015; logging tracks JT Bradley 1/401 AC and 2/322 AC: The employer failed to ensure each employee performing logging operations maintained visual and/or audible contact with another employee in that the deceased employees position was not known by the other saw hand or the skidder operator.
