29 CFR 1910.134(i)(5)(i): Compressors used to supply breathing air to respirators were not so constructed and situated so as to prevent entry of contaminated air into the air-supply system: The employer does not situate compressors as to prevent entry of contaminated air into the air-supply system. This violation occurred on August 31, 2013 and at times prior thereto, at a jobsite located at 3009 Binkley Avenue, Dallas, Texas; where an Ingersoll-Rand air compressor used to supply breathing air to employees wearing a Nova 2000 abrasive blasting helmet was located inside the coliseum in close proximity to the crash wall.
