29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: On or about April 29, 2013, at the truck trailer tank wash bay area, respirators issued for use by tank washers were being stored in the open on the metal tank wash platform shelving and floor, exposing them to any airborne contaminants, dust, dirt and water.
