29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about April 3, 2025, at the jobsite located at 3775 NW 81st St., Miami, FL 33147, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while cutting metal sheets with an AccurPress shear (Model No. 837512, Serial No. 3583) that lacked a guard at it point of operation. b) On or about April 3, 2025, at the jobsite located at 3775 NW 81st St., Miami, FL 33147, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while bending metal sheets using an AccurPress press break (Model No. 725014) that lacked a guard at its point of operation.
