29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the utility room, on or about 12/27/2024, employees were exposed to chemical burns when dispensing NIL-8, a sanitizing solution categorized as corrosive, into a 500-gallon tank for water sanitization, in that, the employer does not provide an emergency wash station for eyes and body.
