29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace, persons were not adequately trained to render first aid, and adequate first aid supplies were not available: FEDERAL CORRECTIONS INSTITUTE - PHOENIX: The Internal Revenue Service failed to ensure that first aid trauma kits were available and that employees were adequately trained to provide first aid while working in an area where there was no infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity. On August 17, 2023, an IRS Special Agent was fatally shot during a routine training exercise.
