29 CFR 1926.106(c): Ring buoys with at least 90 feet of line were not provided and readily available for emergency rescue operations: On or about July 26, 2023, and at times prior thereto, beneath the Brazos River Bridge on FM 529, employees were removing debris from a sandbar approximately 150 feet from the bank of the river with a ring buoy/throw-over that did not have at least 90 feet of rope.
