29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi): The employer did not require that the operator of cranes avoid carrying loads over people: On or about July 17, 2023: Employees engaged in stone slab movement with an overhead crane at the Universal Granite and Marble facility located at 9988 F St, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employees entered the fall shadow of the elevated slab.
