29 CFR 1910.1052(f)(1): The employer did not institute and maintain the effectiveness of engineering controls and work practices to reduce employee exposure to or below the permissible exposure limits: a) CTH Ventures LLC., 33 S Mann Ave., Yeagertown, PA 17099 - On or about July 12, 2023, an employee using T21 Industrial Paint Remover while stripping paint from a bathtub was overexposed to methylene chloride and the employer did not ensure that employees use ventilation equipment or other work practices to reduce exposure to the lowest level achievable. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
