Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 7-feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): Site: 142-34 56th Road, Flushing, NY 11355. a.) On or about July 6, 2023, employee working on top of a concrete wall approximately 7-feet above the lower level cutting wood beams with a cut-off saw was not protected from falling to the lower level. Abatement certification is required pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
