29 CFR 1926.964(a)(3)(ii): When a pole is set, moved, or removed near an exposed energized overhead conductor, the employer failed to ensure that each employee was wearing electrical protective equipment or used insulated devices while handling the pole and that no employee contacted the pole with uninsulated parts of his or her body. a) 1400 block of Double Churches Road: On February 20, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrocution hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that no employee contacted the pole with uninsulated parts of his or her body while employees were setting a pole near an exposed energized overhead conductor.
