29 CFR 1926.417(b):Equipment or circuits that were de-energized were not rendered inoperative: a) At the construction site located in suite 2450 at 101 E Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL: on or about 12/21/2022, the employer exposed employees to an electrocution hazard, in that, employees were troubleshooting and working on circuits that had not been rendered inoperative by an energy control program. Multiple persons had keys to the electrical rooms where the circuit breakers were located, and no locks or tags were utilized.
