29 CFR 1926.417(a):Controls that were to be deactivated during the course of work on energized or de-energized equipment or circuits were not tagged: a) Worksite, 126 Bishops Lane, Southampton, NY- Employees installing landscape lighting were splicing 110v wiring without turning off and tagging the breaker; on or about 8/4/22. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
