29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about April 20, 2016, and at times prior thereto: a. In the machining area, employees were using a TruBend brand 5230 press break, identified by the employer as PB1, without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. b. In the machining area, employees were using a TruBend brand 5085 press break, identified by the employer as PB2, without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. c. In the machining area, employees using a unknown brand roll bender, identified by the employer as LR1, without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. d. In the machining area, employees using a Roundo brand pipe bender, identified by the employer as R1, without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. e. In the machining area, employees using a Dayton brand drill press, identified by the employer as D1, without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. f.
