29 CFR 1926.50(f)(2)(i):When working remotely, the employer did not ensure that the communication system is effective in contacting the emergency-medical services: GE Ranchero Ozona Wind Farm, Ozona TX: On or about January 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, workers performing wind turbine repair in a remote location, did not have sufficient communications in effect to contact and ensure an immediate response from emergency medical services.
