Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc. Location: 69 Blanchard St Newark, NJ 07105 - Manufacturing a) Employee exposed to amputation hazards while conducting an instructional demonstration and reaching into a live SCM Olimpic k 560 automatic edge bander machine compartment with ingoing nip points and rotating blades. The incident occurred on or about 11/2/21.
