29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Warehouse - The employer did not ensure that flexible cords were not used as a substitute for permanent wiring when energizing the power the LiftMaster Logic 5.0 Commercial Door opener and not on a dedicated circuit, thus exposing employees to electrical and or fire hazards. Observed on or about 18 AUG 2021.
