29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: 8860 Pershall Road, Hazelwood: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to use electrical equipment connected to an electrical panel which has an unclosed hole through which a conductor enters a panel box marked as "Panel PL." On and about 08/19/2021, employees were exposed to electrical hazards where the hole through which a conductor entered "Panel PL" was not effectively closed.
