29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter. A) C.H.A.T of Pennsylvania, On or about May 05, 2021 at the address of 5650 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, PA: The employer did not provide fire extinguisher training to employees. The employees had previously never been trained on how to use the fire extinguishers in the facility, but were expected to use them during incipient stage fires.
