29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a) PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, PAPER LINE 8 - Employees were exposed to a container (approximately 2 liters) of an unknown substance that had been set on the floor inside of the cage at the front of paper line eight. The container was not labeled and there was no identification for the contents of the container, on or about May 18, 2021. No abatement certification or documentation required.
