29 CFR 1926.451(e)(5)(i): Ramps and walkways 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall have guardrail systems which comply with subpart M of this part -- Fall Protection. Site: 1200 East 53rd Street Brooklyn, NY On or about 4/23/2021. a) Employees working at the site accessed the raised 2-point suspended scaffold using a single plank. The walkway to the scaffold did not have guardrail systems as required to protect the employees from falling.
