29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: Thermo Pac, LLC, 1609 Stone Ridge Drive, Stone Mountain, GA - Employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards while engaged in changing the film of the Lane Machine 7007. Employees were not trained on the energy sources or how to isolate the sources of the Lane Machine prior to working inside of the machine, on or about 02/09/2021.
