29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) For employees working at the job site on or about 8 October 2020, employees were installing roofing material over the existing metal roof without any protection from falling to lower levels at the unprotected sides and edges. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 22 feet. The employer failed to provide fall protection training to employees.
