29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On or about September 29, 2020, on the west side of the project site; Employees were preparing to perform sheet metal roofing repair on a 4:12 sloped roof at heights upwards of twenty-five (25) feet with unprotected/unguarded skylights
