29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started. The employer is failing to protect employees from electrocution hazards associated with overhead power lines. This was most recently documented on June 4, 2020 at the workplace located at 8270 Nebraska Avenue, Building 5265, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri 65473. Logistic Readiness Center employees were conducting crane operations near overhead power lines. The power lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before crane operations began.
