29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: a) Alley behind 839 Burlington Ave., St. Petersburg, FL - The metal portable ladder was set up in an active alley with no cones or other protection to keep it from getting struck by vehicular traffic, on or about May 21, 2020.
