29 CFR 1910.213(s)(6): Cleanliness around working machinery was not maintained to prevent fire hazards and ensure the effective functioning of guards: (a) On or about 02/13/2020 - Whirlwind Cut-Off Saw Area, employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards because the power cord on the Whirlwind Cut-Off Saw, Model 212L, Serial #N5025048L was pulled from its fitting at the back of the saw, and the exposed wires and electrical connections were coated with sawdust.
