29 CFR 1910.269(o)(3)(i): The employer did not provide safeguarding within test areas to control access to test equipment or to apparatus under test that could become energized as part of the testing by either direct or inductive coupling and to prevent accidental employee contact with energized parts: Site - Employees performing testing on a Viper-S Solid Dielectric Automatic Circuit Recloser (serial #- 2019 0513 0737) were exposed to energized parts when the control power transformers were not disconnected as per the manufacturers instructions.
