Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) 2812 W. Master St., Philadelphia, PA 19121 - The employer did not ensure that a fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 34.5 feet high, 28 feet long and 5 feet wide, was erected so that it was approximately three feet away from an energized, uninsulated primary electrical circuit conductor of 7,600 volts, thus exposing the employee to electric shock hazards. This condition was noted on or about November 20, 2019.
