29 CFR 1926.602(a)(9)(i): Bidirectional machine(s) were not equipped with an operable horn, distinguishable from the surrounding noise level, which could be operated as needed when the machine is moving in either direction: (a) On or about 07/30/2019 - Parking lot front entrance area, an Ingersoll Rand compactor (Model DD-70F) was operated with an inoperable horn, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
