29 CFR 1926.417(c): Tags shall be placed to identify plainly the equipment or circuits being worked on: (a) 803 Pineview Dr., Hattiesburg, MS - On or about July 10, 2019 the employer did not ensure the circuit breaker for the furnace unit was tagged prior to installation of the new furnace unit, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
