29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) (a) 38 Canal Court, Gulfport MS 39501- On or about March 29, 2018 the employer did not provide adequate training to employees exposed to fall hazards while installing blown insulation in the attic during residential construction which resulted in an employee falling approximately 11 feet through the celling and hospitalization.
