29 CFR 1910.217(e)(3): Original and continuing competence of personnel maintaining mechanical power press(es) was not insured: a.) On or about February 7, 2019, the employer did not ensure maintenance employees were competently trained before performing work to maintain the T6 South Bend OBI-100 part revolution power press. Employees are required to fix the press when the ram doesn't return to its top position, exposing them to crush hazards.
