29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: Location: 401 South St Newark, NJ 07105 - Yard/Staging Area On or about 12/3/18 an employee sustained serious injury when a steel drum exploded as he used a portable Dewalt grinder to open the drum and abstract colors. Sparks produced during grinding operations ignited flammable/combustible liquid residue in the drum resulting in fire/explosion.
