29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven 7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about May 14, 2018, the side panels of the dough roller/divider machine were taken off while being troubleshooted exposing employees to moving parts and in going nip points because sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
