29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: Employees engaged in operating/running the elevator activities at the East and West Annex floor were exposed to fire hazards in case of emergency and power loss in that the emergency exit signs were not equipped with lighting. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
