29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane were not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a) Manufacturing floor - On or about November 22, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform complete inspections of the NAC 5 ton crane, Hoist ID #H-1, in 12 month intervals. b) Manufacturing floor - On or about November 22, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform complete inspections of the NAC 10 ton crane, Hoist ID #H-2, in 12 month intervals.
