29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2): Elements of an emergency response plan. The employer shall develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which shall address, as a minimum, the following areas to the extent that they are not addressed in any specific program required in this paragraph: 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(vii): Decontamination. a. On or about October 9, 2019, the employer's emergency response plan failed to address decontamination of personnel and equipment involved in spill response and spill clean-up activities. Employees performed required duties that involved transfer and transport of flammable liquids related to Fuel Tank Farm operations, aircraft fueling operations and associated vehicle operations with these required duties on a daily basis.
