29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: On or about June 30, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not train employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals on the measures employees can take to protect themselves from the following chemicals: (a) Slide Mold Shield Rust Prevention; (b) TPO TPE 025.000:1 HL1 LT Forest Beige; (c) EZPrene 9000 & 9500 series; (d) Zytel 478; (e) Vydyne 21SPF; (f) Marlex and Marflex polyethylenes (all grades except CL, L and Masterbatch Series); (g) Pro-Fax SB891; (h) Toray Amilan Nylon Resin; (i) Isopropyl Alcohol; (j) Super Agitene
